Compatible with a wide range of woods, including exotic hardwoods, thermally modified woods, pressure-treated, and most softwoods, WiseCoat® provides a versatile solution for diverse wood projects. Hang on! It is also paintable and stainable! For anyone desiring to boost the color of wood, the addition of a WiseCoat® Tint provides an avenue for enhanced visual appeal. A palette of five (5) Tint colorants, including Original (Light Brown), Brown, Dark Brown, Black, and Gray, allows users to tailor their aesthetic preferences.

The new DeckWise® 1x Rainscreen Hardwood Siding Fastener is fabricated from high-quality marine grade aluminum for a burly and durable siding fastener that withstands the harshest of environments. Most impressive is that our rainscreen siding fastener system eliminates the need for furring strips all together and IS the starter clip as well. Rainscreen fastener clips install directly over plywood or OSB exterior sheathing - with a single stainless-steel screw - providing a ¾” standoff for ventilation. This standoff creates the necessary ventilated wall cavity for proper moisture management. When it comes to water being trapped behind traditional furring strips, there’s no need to worry because the fastener leg replaces the furring strip.

New to the DeckWise® moisture barrier line is the WiseWrap® JoistTape™ Butyl joist barrier tape. This butyl joist tape is a self-adhering protective waterproof membrane engineered for protection under the decking boards from premature wood rot, decay, and corrosion. Butyl joist tape is less temperature-sensitive for installation with a low range approximately 25F, extending the building season in colder climates or at elevation and allows it to start earlier. Available in 20-22 mil 1-5/8" x 50' and 3-1/8" x 50' rolls.

These Torx® ttap® drive trailer board fasteners are made from C1022 steel with a black phosphate coating for corrosion resistance. DeckWise® WiseCoat® Concrete & Paver Acrylic Sealer is a premium, high-performance, single-component, 30% acrylic solids, low VOC (400 g/l), sealer designed for exterior concrete surfaces and pavers such as driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, and more. As with most concrete acrylics, it is vapor permeable and readily applies outside. Perfect for new concrete/paver application or a yearly maintenance recoating! Available in 5-gallon pails, our Concrete Acrylic Sealer has been specially formulated for extreme climates where a low VOC sealer is required.
